Activate Your Card

You can activate your own card anytime and anywhere with the ACTIVATION Number! It’s Simple:

  1. Call 1(888) 691‐8661
  2. Answer the ID validation questions
  3. And follow the prompts to activate your card

Manage Your Card

You can manage your debit or credit card using OceanAir Card Controls. It’s easy to get started:

  1. Download the OceanAir mobile banking app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. Select the menu button in the top left
  3. Select the “Card Controls” option
  4. Follow the prompts

Reset Your PIN

You can choose your own PIN number anytime and anywhere with PIN Now! It’s simple:

  1. Call 1(888) 891-2435
  2. Answer the ID validation questions
  3. And follow the prompts to reset your PIN

Note: If you are not able to reset your PIN using PIN Now, please verify that your contact information is correct on your OceanAir account. If your information is not current, you may experience an error when attempting to reset your PIN.
