One of our Epic Perk Protections is an identity theft reimbursement. Identity theft is when someone uses your personal information to open a new account or make purchases. The thief can then use those accounts to commit fraud, get credit cards and loans, collect benefits you are entitled to, open more fraudulent accounts in your name, and more. 

Think about all the places where you share your personal information. Your driver’s license has your address on it; imagine the places where you’ve written down sensitive details like Social Security numbers and birthdates—all easy for someone else to see or get their hands on. It’s better to be safe than sorry if someone manages to steal this information from you.  

With Epic Premium, you are protected. You can receive up to $25,000 to help cover expenses related to your identity theft.  

Roadside Assistance 

Car troubles? We’ve all been there. Don’t worry! One of the Epic Perks included with Epic Premium includes roadside assistance. It’s free to use! Simply follow the roadside assistance directions on our Epic Perks App and have up to $80 dollars of your services covered 24/7.  

Visa’s Zero Liability Policy 

Visa’s Zero Liability Policy is our guarantee that you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your account or account information. You’re protected if your Visa credit or debit card is lost, stolen, or fraudulently used, online or offline. 

It is highly recommended that you check your balance regularly and review your monthly statements every month. If you see any fraudulent charges on your account, please contact us by calling 805.988.2151 or visit your nearest branch.  

Cellphone Protection 

Cracked screen? Water damage? We’ve got you covered! Whether your phone was stolen or broken, we’ll reimburse you for what you pay to repaired or replaced, up to $400 per claim (maximum of 2 claims per year).
