Eligibility

Eligibility for a CBC Membership is easy! You can become a member if you:

• Live, work, worship, or go to school in Ventura County
• Participate in programs to alleviate poverty or distress in Ventura County
• Participate in associations, businesses, or other legal entities headquartered or located in Ventura County
• Maintain a facility located in the Ventura County
• Have a family member that is an existing CBC member

What will I need?

Driver’s License or State-Issued ID for all account holders.

Debit or credit card, or checking account number to fund your account.

Social Security Numbers for all account holders.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account we will ask for your name, street address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
