Meet our esteemed member, Ms. Craft! During a delightful chat, Ryan of the Oxnard branch discovered Ms. Craft’s passion for maintaining an active and vibrant lifestyle through physical activity. Ms. Craft revealed her unique tradition of creating a workout regimen corresponding to each birthday milestone. This year, as she celebrates turning 65, she’s embarking on a journey of 65 reps for her favorite exercises, including a 65-minute walk, 65 sit-ups, 65 pushups, and 65 step-ups.
In recognition of Ms. Craft’s dedication to health and wellness, Ryan and the Oxnard Team presented her with thoughtful gifts to complement her lifestyle—a gallon jug to aid her in reaching her 65oz water consumption goal, a practical fanny pack, and some stylish headbands. We admire Ms. Craft’s commitment to well-being and her role as an advocate for health within our community.
Ms. Craft has extended a challenge to a few team members to join her in this endeavor, and we are all enthusiastic about accepting her invitation and eager to reconnect with her soon.
As a part of this program, OceanAir will schedule time off for its team members to volunteer for a charitable organization. OceanAir makes it easy and convenient for our staff to serve during working hours.
