Option 1: Call Us: Our dedicated member contact center is here to assist you with your loan payments over the phone. Please call us at 805.988.2151 during our hours of operation.

Option 2: Mobile App: You can also make loan payments through our mobile app. To make payments to your external loan, using the app please link your other financial institution through Plaid. Please note that payments made via the mobile app may take a few business days to process.
