Card Controls makes managing your OceanAir cards a breeze. Enjoy the following features with Card Controls, now within online and mobile banking:
Activating your new card is easy. Simply select the card you’d like to activate, then enter your expiration date and CVV, select activate. Your card should now be activated!

Misplaced your card? Instantly lock it for security and unlock when you’re ready—right from your fingertips.
To get started, select the card that you’d like to enable or disable. Then, navigate to “enable/disable card” and click on the toggle to edit the status of your card. If the toggle is blue, your card is enabled. If the toggle is gray, your card is disabled.
Need a new card? Requesting a replacement is simple.
To start, select the card you’d like to replace. Navigate to “Card Management” and select “Order Replacement”. Please be sure to verify the mailing address. If you have an address change, call 805.988.2151. If the address is correct, then select “submit”.
Note: This process is to order a card with your existing 16-digit card number. Your CVV and expiration date will be new on the replacement card.
Lost or stolen card? Block it immediately for your protection. If you’ve just misplaced it, try a temporary lock instead.
To start, select the card you’d like to replace. Navigate to “Card Management” and select “Report Lost or Stolen”. Select lost, stolen, or fraud depending on the reason for deactivation. Then select the teal-colored button.
Take charge of your spending! Set spending parameters, choose locations, and control specific transaction types—all tailored to your lifestyle.
Start by selecting the card of your choice. Afterwards, navigate to “Card Management” then select “Transaction Controls”. Follow the prompts to set up your customized controls.

Traveling soon? Let us know and enjoy uninterrupted access to your card wherever you go.
To set a travel notice, scroll down to “Travel Notifications”. Select the card(s) you’ll be bringing with you on your travels and enter your departure and arrival dates. Select Domestic and/or International depending on your travel location. Please add your phone number for necessary travel notifications. Select “submit” and you’re ready to set sail!
Update your PIN anytime for added security and peace of mind.
Start by selecting the card of your choice. Afterwards, navigate to “Other” then select “PIN”. Enter your current PIN, add a new PIN, then verify your new PIN. Select “Save PIN Number” to save your changes.
Note: After 3 invalid PIN change attempts, your card will be blocked. Please contact us at 805.988.2151 to unblock your card.
To change your PIN outside of Digital Banking, please call 1.833.400.0493.
